Office cubicles, known also as partitions or mobile workstations, are textile surfaced walls and partitions. There are two types of installation: adhesive or stretch wall. Adhesive fabrics are glued to a base material. Stretch walls are stretched around a frame and usually have no surface behind them.
The majority of office partitions today will combine metal, wood and fabric. The fabric serves multiple purposes; sound absorption, pleasing décor, and dust / pollen entrapment. Fine particle pollutants which are emitted into the atmosphere, need somewhere to travel. Hard flooring will displace the pollutants, not trap it. This leaves the carpet and partitions as the primary “Pollen Catchers”. Without periodically removing the pollutants from the partitions, build will lead to higher allergen issues and sick days from your employees.
The textile materials used as the covering fabric are essentially upholstery fabrics and, therefore, are cleaned quite similar as would upholstered furniture. Most often, the textiles used to construct these partitions are olefin and nylon. But just like cleaning upholstery, we must look at the overall construction and asses the condition of the partition before we start wet cleaning.

Soil retardant is designed to repel dry soils and keep them from penetrating carpet or upholstery fibers. Proper carpet/upholstery preparation, dilution of chemical, and application are essential to obtaining the highest level of performance. Nothing will make a carpet bulletproof, but soil retardants offer extra protection. They are a preventive and make maintenance more effective. 
We offer several types of deodorizing for pet, smoke, and general odor control. These can be injected into the area of concern or put into the emulsifier solution and administered to all the carpet throughout your office. 
The use of natural stone and tile has been on the rise over the years. All stone is taken from the earth in the form of raw block. Explosives, large saws and specialized equipment are used to extract the stone form the earth. The stone blocks are then cut into thinner, more easily handled pieces called slabs. The slab itself is then processed, depending on the intended use of the stone. It may be left natural or given a high shine and shipped to a marble fabricator, who will ultimately turn it into a very expensive floor. |
